A mixture of wild mushrooms, ricotta cheese, garlic and fresh Italian parsley served with a garlic cream sauce.

Tomatoes Stuffed with Veal and Pork

Elegant, baked tomatoes stuffed with veal, pork, Parmesan cheese and herbs.

Sides

Tri-Color Pepper Torte

Roasted yellow, green and red bell peppers layered with thin slices of ham, zucchini, Parmesan and Gruyere cheese and a quiche filling.

Sauteed Asparagus with Citrus-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Asparagus spears sauteed with a little olive oil and seasoned with a combination of fresh citrus juices and balsamic vinegar.

Dessert

Kahlua and Cream Tiramisu

Not your normal tiramisu, this cake is soaked with a Kahlua sugar syrup (not espresso) and filled with a cream, light sour cream and light cream cheese filling and topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. Next, ladyfingers are placed around the edge.
